Clinical Trials Project Manager
Job Summary
Providing operational leadership for investigator-initiated clinical trials, the full-time Clinical Trials Project Manager will manage project plans, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Directs the development and management of clinical trial processes in compliance with regulations and institutional policies
- Identifies and analyzes barriers in clinical trial processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency
- Collaborates with Principal Investigators and Clinical Research Managers to assess and implement oncology trials, ensuring timely study activation and compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant academic/scientific field
- Minimum of four years of experience in clinical research or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and relevant regulations
- Experience managing project budgets and resources effectively
- Proven ability to communicate proactively and provide customer service-focused support
