Clinical Trials Site Support Associate

Job Summary

To support clinical trial operations, the full-time remote Clinical Trials Site Support Associate will manage day-to-day investigator site support activities, resolve issues related to study samples, and coordinate the timely delivery of study supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for investigator site support activities
• Manage and resolve issues related to incoming study samples and coordinate with Project Managers for supply delivery
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of study files and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or degree in a science-related field, or relevant experience in specimen management or client services
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical trials, specimen management, or laboratory positions
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
