Clinical Trials Support Specialist

Job Summary

Clinical Trials Support Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for identifying and facilitating patient enrollment opportunities in clinical trials by reviewing medical records and collaborating with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of patient charts and medical records to identify candidates for clinical trials
• Communicate with client physician offices to identify appropriate clinical trial contacts and coordinate outreach activities
• Document and maintain accurate records of outreach activities and generate performance reports for stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 or more years of experience in clinical research or related fields
• Understanding of pathology and oncology
• Experience in laboratory or hospital settings
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
