Clinical UAT Capability Manager

Job Summary

Accountable for the end-to-end ownership and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for clinical and operational systems, the full-time remote Clinical UAT Capability Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that new features meet business and user experience expectations prior to release.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary owner of UAT for assigned clinical and operational systems, leading scenario development and documentation of defects
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operational teams to improve UAT processes and ensure testing reflects actual clinical workflows
• Provide routine updates to stakeholders regarding UAT progress, outcomes, and next steps, ensuring effective communication throughout the UAT lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• Clinical background with experience in clinical workflows or healthcare operations
• Experience leading or coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in a healthcare setting
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, including status reporting
