Clinical UM Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical UM Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide utilization management services and supervise a team of associates
• Collaborate with client organizations, providers, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality UM operations
• Perform audits, analyze data, and prepare reports to identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with current US RN license
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
• 2+ years of experience in Utilization Management or Case Management in US healthcare
• MCG Certification and Healthedge HRCM or Guiding Care experience are a plus
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft web-based applications
