Job Summary

Leading vendor outsourcing processes, the contract Clinical Vendor Contracts Manager will manage vendor selection, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships in a fully remote role while supporting clinical trial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead vendor selection processes, including RFPs and proposal evaluations
• Negotiate budgets, payment schedules, and contract terms through the Contract Management System
• Oversee study budgets, track financial performance, and support annual budget cycles

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in biotech/pharma, with 3-5 years in vendor selection and contract negotiation
• Strong understanding of clinical trial budgeting tools and vendor ecosystem
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills
• Deep knowledge of GCP, ICH, and FDA/EMA guidelines
