Job Summary

Managing clinician onboarding and communication, the full-time remote Clinician Activation Specialist will oversee Slack channel management, support clinician training processes, and coordinate platform training to ensure timely activation and readiness for patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Slack channels and respond to clinician inquiries while tracking onboarding progress and feedback
• Manage the clinician onboarding process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and validate training certifications
• Coordinate platform training and ensure timely delivery of onboarding reports while adhering to clinician eligibility guidelines

Required qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations, clinician onboarding, or workforce management preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Slack, Google Sheets, and email-based workflows
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills
