Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end clinician onboarding experience, ensuring high satisfaction and activation rates
• Facilitate group and individual onboarding sessions to build clinician confidence and independence
• Continuously improve onboarding processes and maintain up-to-date clinician-facing materials

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, training, customer success, or clinician education in healthcare or health tech
• Proven track record of supporting clinicians through product adoption with measurable outcomes
• Skilled in facilitating onboarding sessions, adjusting communication styles as needed
• Organized and capable of managing multiple onboarding workstreams effectively
• Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements
