Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinician Experience Liaison to support clinicians from onboarding through integration into clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned clinicians, providing comprehensive support throughout their integration
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clinicians, delivering timely and professional operational support
- Act as a liaison between clinicians and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and resolution of operational issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in clinician support, practice operations, or healthcare administration
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows and maintain accurate documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and adaptability to new systems and platforms
