Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personnel file activity throughout the employee life cycle
• Assist new hires with completing onboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and conduct audits of employee file data

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1 year of HR onboarding administration or training experience
• HR experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
