Job Summary

Clinician Experience Specialist is a full-time, remote position responsible for onboarding and supporting clinicians, managing scheduling and workforce coordination, and ensuring accurate payroll and expense support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide clinicians through onboarding, scheduling, and offboarding processes while maintaining accurate data
  • Manage clinician availability and create monthly schedules to ensure coverage and minimize costs
  • Serve as the primary contact for clinicians, facilitating communication and addressing issues proactively
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, clinician support, or scheduling within healthcare operations
  • Prior experience with high-volume scheduling of staff or clinicians is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and scheduling software (Qgenda)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple demands in a deadline-driven environment
