Clinician Liaison

Job Summary

To support clinicians in a fast-paced telehealth environment, the fully remote Clinician Liaison (Evening Shift) will manage onboarding activities, provide day-to-day clinician support, and ensure access to necessary resources while working Monday-Friday from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM CST.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clinicians, building relationships and addressing their needs promptly
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new clinicians, ensuring compliance with internal requirements and training
• Maintain critical clinician information and support technical needs, including EMR access and documentation compliance

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of healthcare experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
