Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinician Onboarding Coordinator to support clinicians through onboarding and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage clinician preboarding support, including communications and updates on onboarding progress
• Build and optimize clinician schedules in alignment with requirements and operational capacity
• Oversee compliance meeting coordination, ensuring accurate scheduling and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in clinical operations, clinician support, or healthcare administration
• Experience communicating with clinicians and clinical leaders professionally
• Strong knowledge of Epic and related healthcare systems; experience with Asana preferred
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and work independently in a fast-paced environment
