Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinician Onboarding Manager to oversee the clinician preboarding experience and training for clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage clinician participation in onboarding and training sessions, ensuring engagement and completion
• Design and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program, including technology setup and EMR training
• Evaluate onboarding effectiveness and continuously improve training outcomes based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in clinical onboarding or healthcare education
• Proficiency in Epic and ability to adapt to clinical workflows and EMR processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding workflows
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 for managing documents and training materials
