Clinician Scheduler

Job Summary

To ensure optimal clinician coverage for patient volumes, the full-time remote Clinician Scheduler will develop and manage schedules for multiple hospital locations while collaborating with clinicians and leadership to address staffing needs and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain schedules for clinicians 45 days in advance using scheduling software
• Analyze staffing requests and resolve conflicts, escalating issues when necessary
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure appropriate staffing and maintain provider satisfaction with the scheduling process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience creating and managing complex schedules
• Shift Admin scheduling experience preferred
• Previous experience working with clinicians preferred
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
