Clinician Scheduler

Job Summary

To ensure optimal clinician coverage for patient volumes, the full-time remote Clinician Scheduler will develop and manage schedules for multiple hospital locations, utilizing scheduling software and collaborating with clinicians and leadership to address staffing needs effectively.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and maintain schedules for multiple hospital locations at least 45 days in advance
• Analyze staffing requests and resolve conflicts while collaborating with various stakeholders
• Ensure continuity of care and provider satisfaction by effectively managing shift assignments and addressing complaints

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience creating and managing complex schedules
• Shift Admin scheduling experience preferred
• Previous experience working with clinicians preferred
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
