Job Summary

To support clinicians using an AI-powered clinical documentation platform, the full-time contract Clinician Support Specialist will provide empathetic technical support, diagnose and resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts while working remotely from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST, with one overnight on-call rotation per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians experiencing issues with the AI documentation tools, delivering fast support via various channels
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to the platform and EHR integrations, escalating when necessary
  • Build and maintain internal and external support resources, including troubleshooting guides and FAQs
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer or technical support, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate solutions effectively
  • Experience in building knowledge resources and streamlining workflows for continuous improvement
  • Comfort working across cross-functional teams and effectively escalating trends
  • Availability for the specified shift and on-call rotation, including potential weekend coverage
