Job Summary

To support clinicians using an AI-powered documentation platform, the remote, entry-level Clinician Support Specialist will provide empathetic technical assistance, diagnose complex issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for clinicians experiencing issues with the AI documentation tools, providing support via various channels
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the platform and escalate when necessary, ensuring clear documentation
  • Build and maintain support resources, including troubleshooting guides and FAQs, while contributing to reporting workflows
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or technical support, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate solutions effectively
  • Experience in creating knowledge resources and driving continuous improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic approach towards clinicians
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and effectively escalate trends
