Job Summary

Seeking a remote contract Clinisys Sunquest Blood Bank Consultant, who will manage build, configuration, workflow validation, and troubleshooting for Sunquest systems across multiple facilities while collaborating with laboratory and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with laboratory, blood bank, IT, and operational teams to assess and improve Sunquest workflows and configurations
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and validate workflows with stakeholders to ensure system stability and readiness
• Recommend and execute necessary configuration and integration changes to support multi-facility environments

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with Clinisys Sunquest and Blood Bank systems
• Prior experience in Sunquest build and configuration across multiple hospitals or facilities
• Advanced knowledge of Blood Bank workflows, including transfusion and compatibility testing
• Experience with multi-facility configuration and interface support
• Ability to operate independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with minimal ramp-up time
