Job Summary
Owning the clip pipeline, the full-time Clip Picker and Video Reviewer will identify and review impactful moments from long-form content, ensuring 8 to 12 quality clips are tagged and ready for posting in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and tag 8 to 12 clip-worthy moments from each stream within 72 hours
- Review and provide actionable feedback on video edits before posting to maintain quality
- Track and analyze the performance of selected clips to improve future picks and maintain a high hit rate
Required qualifications
- Experience in short-form content as an editor, social manager, or clipper for a creator with reach
- Proven examples of selected moments that performed well, including metrics
- Familiarity with Frame.io and ClickUp
- Ability to work reliably within Pacific Time hours
- Applications must include proof of past work to be considered
