CLO Analytics and Compliance Director

Job Summary

Overseeing CLO portfolio analytics and compliance, the full-time salaried CLO Analytics and Compliance Director will manage outsourced services, ensure compliance with CLO Indenture requirements, and provide analytical support to senior management in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform oversight and governance of systems, analytics, and compliance aspects of the CLO business
• Manage bank loan trade settlements and monitor trades within the CLOs for compliance
• Prepare monthly metrics and reporting for senior management review while liaising with external service providers

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in CLO analytics, compliance, and loan systems at a buy-side CLO firm, trustee, or related organization
• Strong knowledge of the leveraged loan bank loan processing ecosystem
• Proven ability to work with external service providers effectively
• Experience managing operations for fund launches from warehousing to closing dates
• Detail-oriented with the ability to implement tasks in a fast-paced environment
