CLO Relationship Manager
Job Summary
Providing complex support to a portfolio of large clients, the full-time remote CLO Relationship Manager will manage day-to-day operational activities, monitor internal controls, and collaborate with senior management to enhance business processes and client services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day support for CLO accounts, including billing, transaction facilitation, and compliance monitoring
- Identify and implement business solutions for process improvements while resolving complex administrative issues
- Develop and lead training related to CLO products and services, acting as a subject matter expert for ongoing projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience in the CLO industry
- Deep understanding of corporate bank loans and various structures of bank debt
- Exceptional client relationship management skills
- Strong operational knowledge of corporate trust processes and procedures
