Job Summary

Leading engineering initiatives for customer-facing products, the full-time Clojure Software Engineer will manage end-to-end development processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable code in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering initiatives from scoping through development, testing, releasing, and monitoring
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Policy, and Marketing teams to ensure product alignment and progress
• Maintain high code quality standards and debug production issues as part of an on-call rotation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering
• Proficiency in Clojure / ClojureScript with production experience
• Strong interest in enterprise, product-oriented technical challenges and exceptional user experiences
• Ability to quickly learn new frameworks and understand technical domains deeply
• Passion for working in clean energy
