Closing Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Closing Analyst will close client files, apply results into Scheck and CareMC systems, and ensure compliance with departmental quality control protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Close client files according to client protocol and attach all necessary documentation
• Complete special tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and HIPAA standards

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months to 1 year of office experience
• Previous data entry or typing experience preferred
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
