Closing Analyst

Job Summary

Performing accurate and complete closing and funding of loans, the full-time Closing Analyst will work remotely to review files, maintain communication with various departments, and ensure timely loan closings.

Key responsibilities:

• Review loan files for accuracy and completeness, ensuring data integrity within the loan origination system
• Liaise with Production, Title, and Underwriting departments to facilitate the closing process
• Prepare and verify loan documents and schedule notary appointments for mortgage execution

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Real Estate, or a related area
• At least 5 years of experience in lending, mortgage, or real estate closing environments
• Hands-on expertise with collateral documentation and terminology for both purchase and refinance transactions
• Demonstrated skill in reviewing and preparing closing documents and funding packages
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of internal CRMs like Monday.com and Quick Base is a plus
