Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of finalizing the loan closing process, including communication with clients and agencies
• Review and prepare closing documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements
• Manage daily reporting and dashboards related to closings and disbursements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-5 years of experience in the real estate or mortgage industry
• Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings
• Strong customer service focus
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
