Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the closing process by managing documentation and ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and title companies to facilitate timely loan closings
• Monitor loan closing timelines and assist with disbursing loan funds according to company policies

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage closing, loan coordination, or a related role
• Strong understanding of Non-QM loan products and mortgage closing procedures
• Experience with loan origination systems (LOS) and mortgage document management software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
