Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closing Coordinator to support the loan closing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirms and enters verified data in Encompass, including taxes, insurance amounts, and wire instructions
• Reviews preliminary title reports for accuracy and prepares closing documents accordingly
• Prepares and distributes initial closing disclosures in compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in loan closing coordination or a related field
• Familiarity with Encompass software
• Ability to track and monitor loan pipelines
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulations regarding loan disclosures
