Closing Coordinator

Job Summary

Reviewing and validating platinum loan files, the full-time Closing Coordinator will ensure compliance with product-specific requirements, manage communications between various departments, and assist with lock desk functions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Review and resolve product-specific requirements for platinum loan files prior to scheduling
• Analyze TISA-related issues and coordinate approvals or corrective actions with internal stakeholders
• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Credit Risk, and Capital Markets to address loan-related concerns

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage operations experience preferred
• Knowledge of rate locks, redisclosures, and TISA requirements
• Strong understanding of mortgage disclosures and closing processes
• Ability to analyze complex loan scenarios and determine appropriate resolutions
• Skill in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Word
