Closing Coordinator

Job Summary

To ensure compliance and efficiency in closing FHA Reverse Mortgage loans, the full-time remote Closing Coordinator will manage loan preparations, review closing packages for accuracy, and meet productivity standards while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepares loans for closing by ensuring all checklist items are met and data is accurate
• Re-discloses loans in compliance with RESPA/TILA requirements and follows up on trailing documents
• Participates in departmental meetings and adheres to company standards for integrity and teamwork

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor of Arts preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in mortgage banking, loan processing, or closing
• Familiarity with loan programs and compliance regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with Loan Origination Systems
• Current knowledge of industry guidelines and strong organizational skills
