Closing Coordinator IV
Job Summary
To facilitate loan funding and construction disbursements, the full-time remote Closing Coordinator IV will manage loan files, coordinate post-closing documentation, and ensure accurate servicing of government lending loans.
Key responsibilities
- Manage GL loan document files and ensure timely uploads to the Synergy system
- Coordinate loan fundings and construction disbursements, ensuring consistency with settlement instructions
- Complete weekly Loan Funding Reports and monthly delinquent tax reports for Government and Portfolio loans
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in real estate, business administration, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in government lending, SBA/USDA, and commercial lending
- Experience in audit or accounting areas of a financial institution preferred
- Knowledge of SBA/USDA government guaranteed lending and commercial lending
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Adobe Suite
