A company is looking for a Specialist, Closing Disclosure.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and prepare Closing Disclosures for compliance with RESPA/GFE regulations
• Verify title policy, appraisal, and escrow instructions for accuracy
• Draw and prepare all loan documents, ensuring completeness of the file

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required
• Two to four years of experience as a Doc Drawer with conventional and government mortgage loan products preferred
• Experienced in drawing loan documents for Conventional, FHA, and VA loan programs
• Thorough understanding of current RESPA/GFE regulations
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
