Closing Manager

Job Summary

Coordinating the closing process from home sale to home closing, the remote Closing Manager will manage closing requirements, communicate with buyers and lenders, and maintain accurate tracking systems to meet established company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and participate in weekly backlog meetings
• Request and distribute builder documents to prepare for closings
• Generate and distribute the daily closing status report

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in a home builder environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office
