Closing Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team, the full-time Manager of Closing will oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management while fostering a positive team culture in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting offers to candidates
• Oversee performance management by conducting reviews, providing feedback, and addressing performance support needs
• Cultivate a positive team culture through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in loan processing or closing
• Extensive knowledge of Right of Rescission (RTC) requirements and compliance implications
• Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and managing projects from ideation to execution
• Ability to write effective policies and procedures and manage performance issues
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on constructive communication and data-driven decision-making
