Closing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closing Specialist I to manage the loan closing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review loan documents for compliance with regulatory requirements
• Act as a liaison during the closing process, coordinating with various stakeholders
• Validate closing settlement statements and ensure all documentation requirements are met

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in mortgage closing or funding preferred
• Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Experience with LendingWise and Lightning Docs is a plus
