Closing Specialist II handles all aspects of the loan closing process for standard and complex transactions in a full-time capacity, serving as a liaison among various stakeholders to ensure compliance and successful loan funding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and close standard and complex loan transactions, ensuring compliance with approval terms
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate the closing process and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate digital closing files and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial lending closing, preferably with complex transactions
• Knowledge of commercial loan documentation and closing workflows
• Proficiency in nCino and LaserPro
• Ability to manage multiple deal pipelines and shifting priorities
