Job Summary

Managing the loan closing process for standard and complex transactions, the full-time Closing Specialist II will serve as a liaison among sales associates, credit associates, legal teams, and third-party providers, ensuring compliance with legal documentation and regulatory standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the closing of transactions, ensuring compliance with approval terms and managing a portfolio of loan closings
• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues to facilitate smooth closing execution
• Maintain accurate digital closing files and ensure compliance with regulatory policies and standards

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial lending closing, preferably with complex transactions
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation and closing workflows
• Proficiency in nCino, LaserPro, and MS Office Suite
• Ability to lead closings and solve problems independently
