Working remotely from anywhere in the USA, the full-time Closing Specialist - Title Insurance will coordinate all phases of loan closing, prepare closing packages, communicate with involved parties, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review closing statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate and schedule closings with all parties, including lenders and agents
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the closing process
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of industry experience
- Knowledge of RamQuest Closing operations system preferred
- Ability to read and interpret legal documents and guidelines
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
