Closing Specialist, Title Insurance

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Closing Specialist, Title Insurance will coordinate all phases of loan closing, prepare closing packages, and ensure compliance with legal regulations while serving as the primary point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review closing statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all required fees and documentation
• Coordinate and schedule closings with clients, lenders, and agents, while managing communication and updates throughout the process
• Ensure accurate disbursement of funds and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to real estate transactions

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of industry experience, preferably with knowledge of RamQuest Closing operations system
• High-level of ethical conduct and integrity in handling sensitive financial and legal information
• Ability to read and interpret various legal documents and guidelines
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
