Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closing Team Lead to oversee the performance and workflow of the Closing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign closing files and coordinate scheduling with clients and settlement agents
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues involving closers, borrowers, or third parties
• Train and mentor closing team members on procedures and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage closing experience with knowledge of TRID and CFPB regulations
• Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring or supervising closing or operations teams
• Proficiency with loan origination systems and mortgage closing software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
