Closing Team Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing closing and funding functions, the fully remote Closing Team Lead will manage Closers and Funders, ensuring accurate and efficient loan closures while collaborating with various departments to maintain compliance and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Closers and Funders, providing coaching and performance oversight
• Oversee daily closing and funding operations to ensure timely and accurate loan execution
• Monitor pipeline activity and coordinate with various teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth loan progression

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage closing and funding, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of closing processes and funding requirements, preferably in Non-QM lending
• Proven experience managing teams in a high-volume production environment
• Experience with Encompass LOS and mortgage technology platforms required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
