Cloud Accountant and Bookkeeping Manager

Job Summary

A company in the accounting industry is looking for a Cloud Accountant and Bookkeeping Manager.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping and financial processes for multiple clients with different industries such as invoicing, payroll processing, and bill-pay
• Delegate tasks, coach, and review work of the support team in delivering services
• Act as the primary client contact, advising and answering questions about process improvements

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree in accounting, with higher-education accounting degree and experience in a CPA firm as a plus
• Over 3 years-experience in bookkeeping and payroll, and over 2 years in QBO, Gusto, and Bill.com
• Multi-client experience and strong attention to detail in identifying errors that may affect pricing and onboarding new clients
• Excellent coaching skills to mentor junior staff and build relationships
• Persistent and politely remind others to stay on track
