Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Cloud Administrator will manage and support cloud environments, focusing on complex troubleshooting, upgrade ownership, and process improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts and incidents
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for cloud-hosted applications and services, assisting with Tier 3 troubleshooting
- Lead upgrade efforts for assigned platforms and support SSL/Cloudflare operations
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in cloud operations or technical support
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Microsoft Server administration experience (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, IIS)
- Proficiency in basic scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
- Ability to work 2nd shift EST hours (starting at 1:00pm EST)
