Cloud Administrator

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Cloud Administrator will manage and support cloud environments, focusing on complex troubleshooting, upgrade ownership, and process improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and respond to alerts and incidents
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for cloud-hosted applications and services, assisting with Tier 3 troubleshooting
• Lead upgrade efforts for assigned platforms and support SSL/Cloudflare operations

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in cloud operations or technical support
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Microsoft Server administration experience (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, IIS)
• Proficiency in basic scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
• Ability to work 2nd shift EST hours (starting at 1:00pm EST)
