Cloud Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day infrastructure and cloud operations, the contract Cloud Administrator will work remotely to reduce operational bottlenecks, troubleshoot AVD issues, and assist with Azure and M365 administration tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational support across infrastructure and cloud services
• Troubleshoot AVD issues, including user sessions, access, performance, and connectivity
• Assist with Entra ID and M365 administration while managing ticket backlogs

Required qualifications:

• Experience with Windows Server and Microsoft infrastructure administration
• Experience supporting Azure environments and Entra ID/Azure AD administration
• M365 administration experience
• AVD support or troubleshooting experience
• Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting skills
