Cloud Administrator I

Job Summary

Assisting with foundational support and maintenance of customer-hosted cloud environments, the full-time Cloud Administrator I will provide Tier 1-2 support, monitor system health, and contribute to upgrade processes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1-2 support for cloud-hosted applications and services
• Monitor system health and respond to alerts and incidents
• Assist with scheduled upgrades and patching across platforms

Required qualifications:

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Server administration
• Basic understanding of Networking
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
