Job Summary

Leading cloud adoption and risk management initiatives for enterprise and government clients, the remote HCM Practice Technology Manager will drive cloud transformation efforts, oversee change management implementation, and ensure successful technical and functional configuration of cloud-based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cloud adoption initiatives, guiding organizations through transformation strategies and operational readiness
• Develop and execute organizational change management plans to support cloud technology adoption
• Oversee technical and functional configuration of cloud solutions to align with client objectives and compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• US Citizen with ability to obtain a US Public Trust
• 8+ years of experience in cloud technologies, enterprise systems, or related technical disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years of consulting, leadership, or program management experience
• Demonstrated experience leading cloud adoption or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of cloud governance, risk management, compliance, and security principles
