Cloud Analyst
Job Summary
Analyzing AWS and Azure cloud environments, the full-time Cloud Analyst will support provisioning, operations, and performance monitoring while working remotely to enhance enterprise platforms and ensure alignment with governance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate cloud systems for alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards, partnering with Cloud Engineers and Architects
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into cloud performance, availability, and cost metrics
- Support operational analysis across cloud platforms to identify improvement opportunities and track SLA performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in business process analysis, cloud analysis, or IT operations analysis
- Demonstrated experience analyzing cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure) and operational metrics
- Experience developing reports and data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Proven ability to analyze cloud cost and consumption data for optimization insights
