Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience in data engineering, including expertise with SQL, Python, distributed processing, ETL/ELT, and cloud services
• 2+ years of team management experience, including hiring and mentoring diverse teams
• Experience evaluating and integrating external services and software
• Experience leveraging agentic AI for team and organizational success
