Cloud and Security Solutions Lead

Job Summary

To drive the development and management of technology learning products, the full-time remote Cloud and Security Solutions Lead will oversee the performance and evolution of solutions like Cloud Ready and Secure Ready, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align employee skills with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and define the expert point of view for Cloud and Security solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends
• Design and manage solution products, including the development of frameworks, courses, and hands-on learning experiences to achieve successful customer outcomes
• Monitor and communicate a roadmap for solutions, utilizing data and customer feedback to continuously improve offerings and drive measurable results

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical content development
• Proven history in defining and launching packaged solutions in a SaaS or services context
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and cybersecurity technologies
• Experience working closely with enterprise sales to shape and close multi-stakeholder deals
• Ability to synthesize market insights into actionable strategy and solution direction
