Working remotely, the full-time Cloud App Developer will support a government contract by developing backend applications in Java, integrating AI capabilities, and designing REST APIs while maintaining a Public Trust clearance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop backend applications or services in Java and deploy applications on cloud platforms
- Design and implement REST APIs, ensuring effective authentication and integration
- Integrate AI capabilities into applications and monitor performance using observability tools
Required qualifications
- US Citizenship is required
- An active Public Trust level clearance is required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
- 3 - 5 years of software development experience, specifically in backend development using Java
- Hands-on experience with cloud services, particularly GCP, and secure engineering fundamentals
